 Christine Bedalow is a Talent Acquisition Executive with over 20 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) implementations, compensation bench marking, and on-boarding. And, she has over 4 years of career coaching experience where she is able to apply her expert recruiting knowledge in helping people to find meaningful work.

She has a BS degree in Accounting from NIU and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is driven by challenge and innovative problem solving as well as building long term relationships and positively impacting the world.

Most recently, Christine worked at at Keystone Partners as a Career Transition Consultant helping over 50 people find meaningful work during the Pandemic.

Christine worked at LYONS Consulting Group (LyonsCG) as the Director of Talent Acquisition.  She helped to grow LyonsCG from 70 to over 300 employees, allowing them to be in Crain’s of Chicago Fastest Growing Companies for 4 years running.

Her strategic approach got her selected into an exclusive Global 100 Talent Acquisition Leader group on LinkedIn and a Bronze Stevie’s Award for Professional Women. Her passion is creating a scalable recruitment process for a positive candidate experience with a smooth on boarding for long term retention.

Additionally, she worked at Navigant Consulting, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting leading a team of 10 recruiters. She has enjoyed outstanding relationships with her business colleagues because she values a collaborative approach and is driven to provide outstanding customer service while driving excellence in the hiring process of new talent.  

​She has trained, coached, mentored and lead people throughout all of her career.  She understands the “job” search intrinsically and is highly motivated to share her knowledge with others in her volunteer efforts.

And now, Christine brings a new level of skill to corporations through the Mindfulness at Work Meditation program. She is passionate about helping individuals learn how to manage stress in the workplace while increasing creativity and productivity.

Christine is a Chicago native and when she is not solving business problems she is volunteering with the Career Transition Center (CTC) as  a pro-bono career coach, and Past DuPage SHRM Board member. Additionally, she  facilitates the HRHotSeat Chicago West Meetup, an inclusive HR Mastermind group. She enjoys an active life of hiking, yoga, dancing and biking with her family.
